Yes. We ship from Germany, so there are no customs surprises within the EU. Germany: €6, free over €39; clothing always ships free within Germany (3–5 working days). EU: €14.90 flat (5–10 working days).
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law — including for Made to Order items in standard sizes, with the deposit refunded. You pay return postage; we refund outbound standard shipping. Only pieces made to your individual specifications and opened hygiene items are excluded.
Yes. We carry real silk, Banarasi brocade and handwoven Jamdani, and describe each piece honestly. For material or origin questions, a real person answers.
Pieces marked “Made to Order” are ordered and prepared for you after purchase and quality-checked before dispatch from Germany. Estimated delivery: 2–4 weeks. You pay just a 50% deposit today; the balance is due before dispatch. Your 14-day right of withdrawal also applies — if you withdraw, we refund all payments including the deposit.
Yes — pickup is available by appointment in Essen, paying cash (please bring the exact amount) or online. We also advise personally, including by video appointment.
