Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take(s) possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (TULI — Shajiya Akhi, Silberstr. 10, 45139 Essen, Germany, email: returns@tuliloom.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. You can also declare your withdrawal via our online withdrawal function: Withdraw from contract. We will confirm receipt of a withdrawal declared this way without delay by email.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
Pursuant to § 312g(2) BGB, the right of withdrawal does not exist, or lapses, for the following goods:
– Items made to individual customer specification (§ 312g(2) no. 1 BGB): items made to your individual requirements (e.g. made to your body measurements, custom sizing outside the offered size chart, customer-requested colour or design changes, personalisation) and marked as such on the product page. Not excluded are items marked “Made to Order” in offered standard sizes and options — the right of withdrawal fully applies to these; if you withdraw, we refund all payments including any deposit paid.
– Sealed hygiene goods (§ 312g(2) no. 3 BGB): for goods delivered sealed for reasons of health protection or hygiene (e.g. earrings and pierced jewelry, underwear), the right of withdrawal lapses once the seal has been removed after delivery.
We clearly inform you of these exclusions before the contract is concluded, on the relevant product page and during checkout.
