§ 1 Scope — These terms apply to all consumer orders placed via the TULI online shop (owner: Shajiya Akhi, Silberstr. 10, 45139 Essen, Germany).
§ 2 Conclusion of contract — Products shown are a non-binding invitation. By completing payment you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded with our order confirmation email. Contract language: German.
§ 3 Prices & payment — All prices are final prices in euros. No VAT is charged per § 19 UStG. Payment by card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay or Google Pay via Stripe.
§ 4 “Made to Order” purchases — Items marked “Made to Order” are ordered or produced for you after purchase and quality-checked before dispatch. Estimated delivery is 2–4 weeks. A 50% deposit is due at the time of ordering; the balance is due once the goods arrive — we email you a payment link. Shipping occurs after full payment. Mixed orders ship together once all items are available. For made-to-order items in offered standard sizes and options, the statutory right of withdrawal fully applies (see § 6); if you withdraw, we refund all payments including the deposit. If the balance remains unpaid when due, we send a reminder and set a reasonable grace period; after its unsuccessful expiry we may rescind the contract. In that case we refund the deposit paid; we reserve the right to claim concretely provable losses and to set them off against due claims.
§ 5 Delivery & shipping — Shipping costs and times per the “Shipping & Delivery” page.
§ 6 Right of withdrawal — Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal; it may also be exercised before the goods are received. Details (including our online withdrawal function) are set out in the withdrawal policy. You bear the direct cost of returning goods; for faulty or incorrectly delivered goods we bear the necessary return costs. Exempt under § 312g(2) BGB are only items made to individual customer specification (no. 1) and sealed hygiene goods once unsealed (no. 3); “Made to Order” items in standard sizes are not exempt. § 7 Warranty — Statutory defect liability applies (two years from delivery).
§ 8 Retention of title — Goods remain our property until paid in full.
§ 9 Dispute resolution — We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in arbitration proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
