“Made to Order” items: estimated delivery 2–4 weeks from order; shipped after the balance payment. Mixed orders ship together.
Returns: in case of withdrawal you bear the direct cost of returning goods; for faulty or incorrectly delivered goods we bear the necessary return costs. Standard outbound delivery costs you paid are refunded. This also applies to “Made to Order” items in standard sizes — including a refund of the deposit. Exceptions: only items made to individual customer specification (§ 312g(2) no. 1 BGB) and sealed hygiene goods once the seal is removed (no. 3) are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
